The prompt for this project was to create a travel brochure for any location of our choosing. Immediately, my mind went to San Francisco. I went to San Francisco for my senior trip and brought two Fuji disposable cameras. The thought process going into the design stage was to create a vintage vibe with the grainy disposable camera photos and doing some sort of cutout effect with them. After playing around with a logo for San Francisco, I decided to keep it simple and easily legible while remaining striking. The font really goes with the intended vibe and was a great addition to the brochure and project as a whole. Using the Golden Gate Bridge front and center on the cover of the brochure. I was able to use the orange from the bridge as a consistent theme throughout the brochure, tying everything together with the skyline on the inside and the lines throughout.
